While you have the flexibility to change dates and times through rebooking, it's important to note that the departure, destination, route, and number of passengers must remain the same. Refunds are calculated based on the ticket value of the cheaper journey, minus a £10 admin fee. All rebookings and refund requests must be submitted prior to the departure of your initially booked train.

   • Off Peak, Super Off Peak, and Anytime Tickets: These tickets offer flexibility and can be refunded if wholly unused, minus a £10 admin fee.
